Here’s where I can finally answer your most personal and specific questions. Complete the form below, and I will start thinking about the challenges that you describe. In less than 72 hours, we will e-mail you a written treatment plan that describes:
- My understanding of your situation — to make sure that we’re on the same page, this is my take on the information that you sent to me.
- How hypnosis works — a brief recap of how hypnosis works, as a framework for your solution.
- My proposed plan — my overall strategy and specific techniques for solving the problems you described, taking into consideration your needs and goals, along with my best estimate of how long it will take.
- Pricing — based on the actual plan that’s made.
Yes, I will actually sit down in front of my computer and type all of this out based on your answers below. It isn’t unusual for me to spend more than 30 minutes writing and perfecting a treatment plan. This intake model doesn’t save me any time compared to in-office consultations; it’s meant to be for your convenience.
This plan is your final step to making an informed decision, and having it in writing means that you can think it over or show it to your partner, therapist or other trusted advisor for an outside opinion. The more information that you provide below, the better I can design a solution that meets your needs.
Despite our security precautions, electronic communication is not always private. If your issue is of a sensitive nature, we ask that you call to provide your answers, or schedule a free in-office consultation, instead of using this form. If you have any questions at all, during weekdays you can call us at 416-556-4068, and we would be happy to help.
Note: If you haven’t already completed my online self-directed consultation, it only takes 25 minutes before returning you to this page, and it lets you self-assess your compatibility with me, my process and my work for free. The first two steps of this online process are totally anonymous, and combined with the written treatment plan, it effectively replaces an initial in-office meeting. If we’ve left any gaps in this process, we’re always happy to help you by phone or e-mail, or during your sessions in my office.
I look forward to solving your personal problems.
