Our shared hypnosis group for learning how to love yourself as an intentional act meets on Tuesday nights at 6:30 p.m. It’s at our centre at 49 Elm Street in downtown Toronto, and costs $50 plus HST per seat.

This group is intended for individuals who were not taught as children how to love and care for themselves. After a few visits, you will understand how a self-loving, self-respecting person thinks.

The content of each session will vary depending on the group, since we take requests at the start of the class, but the core message will be centred around these suggestions:

  • You will love and care for yourself for no reason other than that you are alive.
  • Your worth as a human being is innate, constant and inviolable.
  • You’re fundamentally an equal to the other adults in your life, which means that sometimes they are wrong, and words like “no” should be part of your working vocabulary.

Depending on the consensus of the group, we sometimes focus on specific fears (like the fear of failure or rejection) in addition to the above.
