Quitting Smoking Is Easier in a Group!

We’ve designed this workshop for those who smoke tobacco products or vape nicotine-containing devices and need specific guidance for the mental and emotional component of becoming nicotine-free.

For more than sixteen years, we’ve been in the business of instilling new and empowering mindsets, and we’ve helped a lot of people to stop smoking during this time. In fact, we’ve become so good at helping our clients overcome this habit that we’ve developed a curriculum that takes nearly any smoker or vaper and teaches them how to think and feel like a non-smoker in only eight weeks. In other words, you don’t have to dread your future as a non-smoker anymore: the solutions will be found in the perspectives of those who have successfully stopped.

Our job is not to give you any kind of illusions, but to help you fully wrap your head around reassuring or empowering truths. We’ve discovered that if we frame quitting smoking as an act of empowerment and a return to normality (even if that normality was decades ago), our client outcomes are much better than if we perpetuate the notion that you will be an addict for life. After all, nobody has ever been admitted to an emergency department because they couldn’t get a smoke.

This workshop isn’t just hypnosis, although there will be significant hypnosis portions, since it’s our “secret sauce” for accelerated learning of new perspectives. Whether or not you participate in the hypnosis portions, you’re guaranteed to leave with new perspectives you’d never considered before:
