For informational purposes, we use Google Analytics to analyze statistics about our website visitors, such as how many visitors we receive per day, what websites they come from, and what web browsers they use. None of this information is linked to any personally identifiable information such as your name or e-mail address.

The testimonials on our website are written by clients who have explicitly agreed to let us use their words for advertising purposes.

For clients

Any information you provide to us is confidential within the bounds of the law, regardless of whether you become our client or simply make an inquiry by phone or e-mail. The fact that you are our client is also confidential.

Like any professional practice, we need to maintain written records about our clients. This information is only available to your hypnotherapist, and not to third parties.

We will sometimes phone, e-mail or send you postal mail to follow up on your session(s). If you do not want to be contacted through any of these means, please let us know by filling out the "restrictions" section on your intake form when you become our client.
