Hi! I’m Zainab, one of the Client Care Coordinators here at the Morpheus Clinic. I’m happy to connect with you! As part of the Client Care team, I conduct consultations, help with scheduling, and you’ll likely see me during some of the group sessions we offer at the clinic.
During consultations, I take a person-centred approach by focusing on clear communication, meaningful conversation, and understanding each individual’s concerns. I enjoy getting to know our clients and helping them understand how we may be able to support them in overcoming the challenges they’re facing. At our Group Sessions, I especially enjoy meeting the diverse community that comes together to experience hypnosis. It’s always rewarding to see people make time in their busy schedules to focus on themselves and their well-being.
I’m a recent graduate from the University of Toronto (Woodsworth College), where I completed an Honours Bachelors of Science with majors in Neuroscience and Psychology. With my academic background, it has been fascinating to see the growing field of hypnosis from a different perspective. Going from learning about the field to now being able to participate in it and contribute to the work we do has been a real honour.
One of my favourite parts of working at Morpheus is seeing the change in our clients throughout their journey. From the first conversation we have during a consultation to seeing them work with Luke or Kate and overcome challenges they once struggled with, it’s incredibly rewarding to be part of that process.
When I’m not at the clinic, you can probably find me at a cafe in Toronto, trying out a new restaurant or at the Harbourfront enjoying the Toronto skyline.
