When you wake up in the morning, what do you think about first: feeding yourself or feeding your addiction?
If you answered the latter of the two, then you’re not alone. Millions of Canadians suffer from addiction, whether it’s to food, cigarettes, alcohol, gambling or something else. A serious addiction can wreak havoc on your career and your relationships—not to mention the affect it has on your physical and emotional self. The way to overcome your addiction is to see it for what it really is: a disease. And, as with many diseases, there are ways of managing it which will allow you to lead a happy, healthy life.
My name is Kate Gardiner and, along with being a certified hypnotherapist, I also have a diploma in working with addictions. I want to help you regain control of your addiction and your life.
